I'm really excited to be planning the first of a year cycle of upcoming ☆Seasonal Coaching Walks☆ out on the land from Autumn Equinox ~ date for the diary is Sunday 20th September 10 -12.30pm.

We'll be tuning into the energy of the Autumn Equinox & exploring what gifts of reflection, learning & inspiration this time holds. This walk is an opportunity to stop, celebrate & adjust as the season changes.... Time of thanksgiving, preparation & intent for the coming winter.How can we can integrate that into our daily lives & how did the Celtic ancestors of this island celebrate each seasonal change? A combination of walking on the land, enquiring coaching questions, mindful moments & group celebration on the beautiful South Downs hills above Lewes.
