Hi there!  I am Daisy, a Personal & Project Life Coach who works with a wide range of clients to help them live a more authentic and meaningful life. I do this through 1 to 1 sessions, short workshops and group programmes. I love working with my clients and seeing them transform and grow from the journey of Coaching. I trained and qualified in 2012 and now also support training courses with the Animas Centre of Coaching, sharing my experience with trainee Coaches.

My interest in coaching began when I started using coaching tools in my own life, often at really difficult transition times, to navigate a way forward to a more positive future and outlook. What I personally realised from those processes, and still do with my clients, was how it helped me to take ownership of our life, create real positive change and enable us to fulfill our potential and live our life to the fullest.

On a personal note.... I live in beautiful Sussex but work with people across the UK and world. I love travelling, having travelled extensively around the world, have 2 grown up kids, and also run a creative business called DaisyMay Sprays alongside my Coaching practice. I love connecting with nature, community gatherings, open fires, Hafiz poetry, my cat Martha and star studded nights!

To give you a context of my inspirations in life - I am an alumni of 'The Journey' at Embercombe, having visited since 2004, whose purpose is to be a powerful and innovative catalyst for the emergence of leaders and change agents who will take courageous action for a just, peaceful, and sustainable world. I'm also an initiate of the Women in Power programme, was main co-ordinator of the fantastic Pop Up Studio's art collective for 3 years and one of the 3 co-ordinators of the original Wildheart Gathering from 2009 - 2012 [running 6 events for 1,000's of participants]. I was also a core team member of the Buddhafield Family Retreat  from 2007 - 2015 and am a contributor to the Buddhafield Festival since 2007 ongoingly. All these organisations have inspired me over the years in the work they do in the world and creating a more positive world for all.

It's an amazing honour to be a Coach supporting someones internal and external shift into the person or project they dream of, and then to see it manifest in the world!  Again and again I've been part of this powerful journey alongside my clients, and working in teams, and its juicy, brilliant stuff!

Alongside coaching clients through transition times in their personal and work life I also get very excited about supporting projects that encourage environmental, social and community wellbeing and benefit the fast changing, progressive world we are stepping into. I'm a great fan of Gandi's quote...

Coaching is a very specific skill set and I'm pleased to share that I am a fully trained and certified Coach....
