After the initial 30 minute free focus session, by phone, I work with clients for a minimum of 6 sessions [ 60 mins each], spread over a number of weeks. It is important to work over of a series of sessions, rather than as a one off, so we can really work together deeply and profoundly, in a safe container of trust and support and build up the learnings over the weeks.

6 sessions:

We will do the first 2 sessions weekly to get momentum going and thereafter you can opt for weekly or fortnightly. This package takes 6 weeks minimum or 3 months maximum.

When you work with a personal coach like myself it  is essentially an investment in your own self-growth, self-awareness of yourself and in turn effects your world.  The effect on your life is supportive, encouraging and productive.

Reduced Costs:

I do offer a limited number of lower priced coaching sessions of £36, which would be on request for those on a limited wage. Please contact me about this if price prevents you from stepping forward into coaching…I would love to hear from you.
